Making vehicles safer - that's what our products are for. VEHICO is Germany's only provider of driving robots for vehicle testing.
The safety of today's vehicles is largely determined by assistance systems. These are systems such as Emergency Brake Assist, which automatically applies the emergency brakes in front of a child running onto the road in a fraction of a second. All of today's assistance systems are subjected to numerous reproducible and in some cases unmanned tests using driving robots.

CAD Design
Design engineer mechatronic systems (m/f/d)
Your role:
- development and design of driving robots
- maintenance and further development of existing robot systems
- prototype building and testing
You are a good fit if you have:
- degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, design engineering or comparable training or further education
- alternatively: professional experience in the field of construction (at least 2 years)
- good knowledge of 3D CAD systems, preferably SolidWorks
- experience and understanding of mechatronic systems
- english language skills

- exciting field of activity through direct implementation in our own prototype workshop with CNC milling machine

Software development
Software Developer (m/f/d)
Your role:
- further development of driving robot user interfaces
- programming of new functionalities in the real-time control of the driving robots
You are a good fit if you have:
- professional experience in software development (at least 2 years)
- good knowledge of Python and C
- optional: JavaScript, Webservices, HTML, CSS
- experience and understanding of mechatronic systems
- ability to solve complex problems independently
- english language skills

Support
Application Engineer (m/f/d)
Your role:
- driving robot demos at customer proving grounds
- robot training on the vehicle at customer proving grounds
- conducting web trainings
- supporting our customers with online and telephone support
- creation of support material
You are a good fit if you have:
- degree, education or training in a technical field
- alternatively: professional experience in sales or support of technical products (at least 2 years)
- good technical understanding
- pleasure in explaining
- you remain calm and confident even in tough situations
- you can put yourself in the shoes of our customers
- english language skills
